Self Cleaning Blue Acid Pills
We have encountered over the past few months a new product that has gained popularity. A blue self-cleaning pill that claims to solve AC leaks without servicing. We have come across quite a few ACs that deployed these pills and suspect they use an acid based active ingredient. There have been dozens of cases we have faced where the aluminium coils were corroded from the use of such pills. We advise all neighbours to be wary of too good to be true claims. To prolong service life of ACs, general filter cleaning is sufficient. When the time comes for a service, we will try our best to defend our prices from inflation while maintaining service quality. Until we see you again, we remain steadfastly diligent, sincere and anti-acid.
CAR REPAIR BITES HARD
Due to the nature of our work, our cars rack up significant mileage over the years. Our latest 2 months required the replacement of 1 battery, 4 tyres, 2 drive shafts + 1 set of absorbers on top of 2 oil changes. We are mulling the idea of transitioning to bicycles for future work should fuel and repair costs rise further.
WE NOW DO WIRING
Due to our recent installation works, we have come across multiple scenarios where wiring and electrical works were needed. Fortunately, one of our team member’s father is a retired wireman who is kind enough to help teach the skills of his trade to his son and his son’s colleagues.
LEAK TESTS DEPLOYED, LEAKS IDENTIFIED
Aragreens (Condo) - Master bedroom without AC for 9 months. New AC compressor has leak. Previous servicemen topped up refrigerant twice and left. Advised to claim 12-month manufacturer warranty.
Metia Residence (Condo) - Living room without AC for 16 months, AC topped up 5 times in previous year, copper pipes leaked, replaced and repaired.
Jalan Rimba Riang (terrace) - Living room AC required quarterly top-ups for 2 years. Copper pipe leaked and was replaced. Customer saved on purchase of new AC.
After developing our leak test kits, we have deployed a total of 5 leak tests. Here is a small summary of some findings
CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT WANTED!
One thing we noticed about complexity as we grew our teams is that it compounds geometrically. Our brilliant customer service lady has recently told us she needs help organising our work and responding to customers via whatsapp and calls.

LIFE ALWAYS FINDS A WAY!
Even in old, damaged machines, life somehow finds a way. In this case we managed to repair the AC without disrupting the nest in hopes that the parents will return. Bird feathers and droppings are the bane of many condo ACs however in this case, the owner was merciful and gracefully let the birds continue living rent free.
EXPLODING TILES
The world is a strange place, and it gets stranger every day. We recently came across a peculiar case of exploding tiles in a customer’s home. We now know that this is a common phenomenon in condos exposed to Malaysian heat.
