We don’t carry out chemical cleaning.

Our full AC service involves the usage of:

  • High pressure water jets - to get rid of dirt and grime buildup

    This is more than sufficient to clean the fan coils of all the dirt. It might not give a shiny finish like using acid but it does not corrode or degrade the coils.

  • High temperature steam jets - to sanitise and disinfect the fan coils

    The dark and moist cooling coils collect and breed dust mites, bacteria, fungus and mold. They are often the source of most indoor skin and nasal allergies. We use high temperature steam of 150⁰c - 180 ⁰c to melt stubborn dirt and to disinfect the machine without the use of corrosive chemicals.

  • A white wall-mounted air conditioner unit with a digital display and control lights.

    Split Type

    RM 187 each (1 to 2 units)

    RM 165 each (3 units and above)

  • Ceiling-mounted air conditioning unit with ventilation grille and control panel.

    Cassette Type

    RM 450 each (1 to 2 units)

    RM 400 each (3 units and above)

The above is our standard price for full service which includes these practices and policies:

  • Checking & inspection of indoor and outdoor compressor unit

  • Full cleaning and steam disinfection of indoor unit, including washing of indoor unit casing

  • Flushing & unclogging of AC drainage pipe

  • Cleaning of the outdoor compressor unit

  • Honest Service:

    i) Upfront communication. No hidden or surprise charges.

    ii) No unnecessary gas top-up services. (read below)

    iii) No unnecessary servicing of ACs that are not yet due for servicing

  • 6-month warranty against service faults

Documentation & Record Keeping.

All our A/C technical teams are well trained. They document all their work with before and after photos. All prices and services will be informed before they carry out any work. Before & after service photos will be included in the invoice to customers.
