2026 MID YEAR REVIEW, PASSED
Every 6 months our company conducts a review. It is a tradition we do to help us understand our place in life. Where we stand can only be understood in contrast to where we stood in the past. This year was quite difficult; it began with news of war in distant lands and inflation attacking our tools, groceries and fuel. We tried and still try very hard to maintain our prices as they were in previous years because we understand many of our customers who are also friends face the same pressures.
We have been servicing ACs in Klang Valley for 5 years. Many of our boys have been with us for a while. Many have matured, grown older, wiser, balder. We are grateful for having been able to provide for our families all this while by doing the work we love.
Many thanks to all our customers for your patience and grace over the years.
Cassettes VS Splits
This is a question many homeowners ask when deciding on a new AC installation.
Unless there is a strong aesthetic or engineering reasons, we tend to favour split units. They are simpler machines with fewer moving parts, easier to service with significantly lower maintenance costs over their lifetime. They cool just as well as their cassette counterparts.
That said, large open spaces tell a different story. For homes, offices and halls approaching 800–1,000 square feet or more, cassette units begin to justify themselves through better air distribution and cleaner visual integration.
For most households, simpler machines age more gracefully.
BOYS LOVE THEIR TOYS
The line between work and play cuts across the heart of every man who likes his job. We have recently begun inventing new toys to help us with our installation work. We have invented the copper cube with regressed channels on all sides to help us bend copper pipes at 90 degree angles. We have printed it out and we are happy to announce it was an absolute failure. Version 2 will be released in July. Stay tuned for our either potentially world-changing invention or marginal waste of company time and money.
A HOUSE IS A MACHINE TOO
Houses are very much like machines. There is wiring, water pipes, tiles, paint, waterproofing, door hinges and more. Like all machines, with the passage of time, wear and tear take their toll. We have increasingly started fixing other small non-AC-related-problems through the course of our work. If you have light bulbs need replacing or toilets that don’t flush, text us, don’t be shy, we actually like fixing things with our hands.
NEW FACES JOIN FAMILY
We are happy to welcome two more hardworking members into our small team. Liza from Ara Damansara and Amin from Kelantan.
Unlike Liza who interviewed and charmed us, Amin got his position through his relationship with our local Captain Kelantan. As such we work him much harder to justify the nepotism that we accidentally promoted.
WHEN IS AC RELOCATION NEEDED ?
When an AC is in the wrong place. Just like how people need enough space to live and work, ACs need enough space that allows for good airflow and service access.

It was a period of MCO lockdowns, Empire roadblocks stood everywhere. A rebel band of Ang Family Cleaners worked through the lockdowns, cleaned many homes & made many memories. The were disbanded in mid 2022...
