Guide to Our Services

Full service + Steam Disinfection

*Full cleaning of indoor unit blower & evaporator coil with water and hot steam

*Cleaning of outdoor condenser coils with water

*Each split type takes between 20-35 minutes to service

* We will clean up before we leave.

ON GAS TOP-UP

Generally unnecessary in most situations. Refrigerants only require top-up in event of a leak either from installation error or wear and tear in the joints.

ON HORSEPOWER PRICING

We still do not do. All ACs of different horsepowers are charged the same rate as the work required is almost the same.

ON CHEMICAL SERVICING

Most chemicals used in this service includes a corrosive chemical (hydrochloric or sulphuric acid) as its active ingredient. The purpose of the

chemical is to chemically dissolve and dislodge dirt. Our company avoids this service because the various chemicals also damage the ACs in the process.

ON OVERHAUL SERVICING

This process involves dismantling the AC and cleaning it somewhere else before reinstalling it back in place. This is a more costly and traditional approach to AC service which our company used to avoid outright but we now offer in limited situations where our usual service approach isn’t applicable.

NO TRAVEL CHARGES

We understand that everyone is struggling with inflation hence we have worked very hard to maintain our prices all this while.However, we are no longer able to keep the prices for 1 unit services anymore.We deeply appologise for the increase in our prices and appreciate all our customers who have stayed with us over the years.
