MANY HANDS MAKE LIGHT WORK

Other times it’s better to work alone. Our company’s default team size is 2, unless heavier work is expected. We found this to be the optimal number of people to carry out servicing and repair works. It allows for a main serviceman to do his work with the support of an assistant.
However we have noticed that not all teams are created equal. Some combinations lead to better work synergies and emotions while some lead to conflict. There are some combinations of our boys that may result in work speeds slower than sending them solo.
We are currently conducting experimental pairings based off the following criteria, age group, marital status, home town origins, facial hair styles and body weight and height.
We will publish the result of our studies should any meaningful discoveries be made.
COMPRESSOR TOWER SIGHTED
While most modern condos come with proper AC ledges/rooms to safely place and service AC outdoor units, older landed homes do not. We have recently discovered this AC tower constructed by a landed customer. This made our team feel very appreciated and cared for.

Born and raised in Kelantan, this imported serviceman is available in multiple flavours. The best seller is a confident joker. Supply is limited and dependent on conditions at home.
DIY CLEANING SPRAYS AND PILLS
While there are many products marketed for cleaning acs, most of them work using acids or other corrosive compounds. We have seen many ACs in poor states due to such chemicals. Some shown to us do not even list their ingredients. We advise all to take caution and care.

We started with just one set a few months back, but we have since made almost 30 custom gauges so that we can carry out tests.
We underestimated how serious the epidemic of phantom leaks is.
BAD AIRFLOW INCREASES COST & SHORTENS LIFESPAN
Sometimes due to the physical constraints, the AC units are placed in less-than-ideal locations. One of the main problems of poor airflow is that it doesn’t carry the heat away. Long-term, the compressor could weaken and fail due to excessive exertion.
In such cases, installing a duct can dramatically reduce electricity consumption and prolong service life.

Since the beginning of last month, we found the air quality got exceptionally bad. Our teams still carried out our works as usual with the exception of increased MCs due to both illness of our boys and our boys’ children. We would like to wish everyone good health and calm tempers throughout this trying season.

MIXED BRAND COUPLES
One of the clearest signs of the second-hand AC work is the mismatch of indoor and outdoor units. Most of them aren’t even the same brands. We have also found mismatched capacities (2HP indoor + 1HP outdoor). Their ages also vary by decades.
ACs are very precise machines made as a pair (indoor + outdoor). Though replacing broken components with similar used ones may get them to work temporarily, the resulting operation is unlikely to be efficient or lasting.
